Arlington, Va., December 5, 2006: The Fiber Optics LAN Section (FOLS) of the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) is hosting a free Web conference to help users answer the question, "Can Power over Ethernet (PoE) be used with Fiber-based Architectures?" The Web conference will take place on Monday, December 11th from 2:00-3:15 p.m. EST. Register on-line at: http://www.fols.org/news/Dec2006WebConf.cfm. "

He will also explore some of the alternative solutions that can be deployed, giving examples of how similar issues are handled in the FTTH market. The commentary portion of the presentation will run about 40 minutes. We will then host a discussion with participants.
The conference has both web-based and audio components. The Web site login to view our presentation and the call-in number to hear the audio portion will both be provided as a PDF attachment immediately after your register.
