A new promotion from Fluke Networks is aimed at drawing attention to one of its newest test instruments. The company says its Fiber QuickMap is a quick and efficient means of locating high-loss and reflective incidents as well as breaks in multimode fiber. Among Fiber QuickMap's features, Fluke Networks says, are one-button troubleshooting, six-second test time, the ability to locate multiple incidents, the ability to locate high-loss incidents or breaks, and the ability to locate reflective incidents. Through a promotion that runs through November, Fluke Networks will give away one Fiber QuickMap. The tool's MSRP is $1,999.
